SVG is a vector format and stays sharp at any size, but it is not opened everywhere. JPG is the most compact, universally compatible raster format - ideal when you need an SVG as a small photo-like image for email, web or a preview.

Because a vector has no fixed pixel size, you choose the output width (default 1024 px); the height follows the aspect ratio. JPG has no transparency - empty areas are filled with the chosen background colour (default white). Everything runs locally in the browser. The width can go up to 8192 px; the tool additionally caps the total pixel count at around 64 megapixels so the device does not run out of memory.

      In 3 steps

      1. Drop or tap your SVG file.
      2. Choose width, quality and background.
      3. Download the JPG - with no upload.

Limitations: JPG stores no transparency; empty areas become white (or the chosen colour). If you need transparency, use SVG to PNG. External fonts and linked images are not fetched; embed them as data: URIs. Very large widths are capped.

      FAQ

      Are my files uploaded?

No. Rasterizing runs entirely in the browser - even in airplane mode.

      Keep transparency?

Use SVG to PNG for that; JPG has no transparency and fills empty areas with the background colour.

Which pixel width should I choose?

For the web 1024 px is often enough; for print pick more. The height follows the aspect ratio.

      Does quality suffer?

The quality slider controls JPG compression; a high value keeps sharp edges better. For lossless edges use SVG to PNG.
