Your files never left your device

    Is my file uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser - your file never leaves your device. How this is verifiable

    No upload100% local
Your content stays with youno third-party access
    Servers in GermanyGDPR by design
    Independently auditedTLS A+ · HTTP headers A+

A ZIP archive bundles many files into a single one - handy for emailing, uploading in one go or archiving. ZIP is the most widely supported archive format and opens on Windows, macOS, Linux and every phone without extra software.

This tool builds the ZIP entirely locally in your browser (fflate, pure JavaScript, DEFLATE compression). Unlike online packers your files are not sent to a server - it even works in airplane mode.

Typical occasions: sending a job-application package of CV, references and cover letter, gathering a folder of holiday photos, or sharing an entire project as a single attachment. Because recipients unpack the format everywhere without installing anything, you avoid follow-up questions. How much the package shrinks depends on the contents: text documents shrink noticeably, already-packed media barely.

    In 3 steps

    1. Drop or pick your files (folders supported).
    2. The tool packs everything into one ZIP locally.
    3. Download the ZIP archive.

Limitations: Very large collections need time and memory on older devices. Encrypted (password-protected) ZIPs are deliberately not created. Folder structure is flattened (file names only).

    FAQ

    Are my files uploaded?

No. The ZIP is built entirely locally in the browser - nothing is sent.

Which file types can I pack?

Any - images, documents, audio, anything. ZIP compresses losslessly using the Deflate method. Text, CSV, logs and uncompressed formats gain the most; already-compressed files such as JPG, MP4 or MP3 barely shrink, but they still bundle up neatly.

Can I unpack the ZIP again?

Yes, with any program or with our "Extract ZIP" tool.

    Is password protection available?

No, encrypted ZIPs are deliberately not created; the archive has no password.
