    Is my file uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser - your file never leaves your device. How this is verifiable

    No upload100% local
Your content stays with youno third-party access

A copyright notice on a preview clip, a company name on a training video, or just a "draft" marker - this tool burns visible text into every frame of the video.

Important and honest: because every frame has to be recomposed, the video is fully re-encoded (no stream copy). That needs a real hardware video encoder in the browser - without one, this tool honestly stops with an error message instead of crashing the tab or producing a broken video.

Everything runs locally in the browser with mediabunny (MPL-2.0, self-hosted, no third-party CDN) on the browser's native WebCodecs API. Your video is not uploaded.

    In 3 steps

    1. Drop your video file (MP4, MOV, MKV or WebM).
    2. Choose the text, opacity, size and position.
    3. Download the watermarked video.

Limitations: Text watermark only, no image logo. Needs a hardware video encoder in the browser - if none is available, the tool reports that honestly instead of crashing. Full re-encode, so it takes longer than a pure stream copy. One file per run, ~600 MB limit (the browser tab's memory limit: without streaming support the file must fit in whole, with streaming it rises to about 1 GB).

    FAQ

    Is my video uploaded?

No. The whole watermarking happens locally in your browser.

Why does the tool sometimes stop with an error?

Watermarking needs a full re-encode, which requires a hardware video encoder in the browser. If missing, the tool reports that honestly instead of producing a broken result.

Can I use an image as a watermark?

    No, only text for now.

    Does the audio change?

No, the audio track is carried over unchanged, provided the browser has a matching codec for it.

    Does the picture lose quality?

A small, usual re-encoding loss is unavoidable because every frame is recomposed.
