Just choose the target size (A4/Letter); orientation (portrait or landscape per aspect ratio) is determined automatically. Page content is scaled proportionally, never stretched; blank margins appear where the aspect ratio does not match the target.
Everything runs locally in the browser via pdf-lib. Honestly framed: the tool scales the visible page as a whole (embedded); it does not reflow text or recompute font sizes.
