This generator builds a complete resume from simple line-based input ("key: value", the same convention the ZUGFeRD invoice generator uses) - as a PDF ready to send AND as a Word file (.docx) to keep editing. Each line sets one field: name, job title, email, phone, location, profile paragraph and skills are one-off fields; "Experience:" and "Education:" are REPEATABLE lines - one entry per line in the format "Title | Company/Institution | Period | Task1; Task2". That lets you add as many entries as you like without a complicated form full of dozens of individual fields.
The template is deliberately MARKET-AWARE, not just cosmetically different: the German template optionally shows a photo and a date of birth - still a common convention in Germany. The US and UK templates deliberately OMIT both: in the US and UK, a photo or birth date on a resume/CV is considered unusual to counterproductive, because employers avoid them out of anti-discrimination caution. On top of that, the US/UK template is deliberately built "ATS-friendly": plain, clearly structured text with no tables or graphics that could confuse an Applicant Tracking System when it parses the document automatically. A Japanese Rirekisho template is deliberately NOT part of this first version.
Everything runs entirely locally in the browser (pure JavaScript via pdf-lib, no server, no account) - your resume with your name, career history and optional photo never leaves your device. The result is a ZIP containing both files (PDF + .docx), so you can send it right away OR keep editing it in Word/LibreOffice.
